Looks like Brazil is reporting some success with imagery reception. Perhaps the stabilization is being reached. Good news indeed! https://t.co/QZlp5NiAwU1 hour ago

Putting together X-Band system #2.

This will give offer a second view to DSN objects when the main system is blocked or pointed elsewhere. https://t.co/pSRBs80Ymi4 hours ago
Nice catch Edgar! Too bad sessions are all done by the time Mars rises here. https://t.co/itCPTNn6tTEdgar Kaiser @df2mz
MOM was showing quite an activity outburst today. Additional to the usual 10 min emission (16:34 - 16:44) it was emitting 14:36 - 15:33. The frequency shift at 14:53 results from switching from MOM compensation to Mars compensation for a better view of the orbital pattern. https://t.co/OctJase1uv Categories

Fleet Tracking on Inmarsat 4F3
Most of the popular Inmarsat activity is associated with ships and planes in AOR-E, AOR-W, POR and IOR. There is an Inmarsat satellite called 4F3 parked at 98W that gives CONUS coverage. This satellite is inclined and so does move … Continue reading

The AOR AR2300 is a PC Controlled All-Mode Communications Receiver that spans 40kHz to 3.15GHz. Since the radio is simply a black box with no front panel one must either use the software that comes with it or roll your … Continue reading

Too many signals on different bands and tired of manually changing feed lines? Mini-circuits has a nice line of RF Matrix Switches that are USB controlled. I recently acquired a USB-4SPDR-A18 and have now finally gotten around to mounting and … Continue reading
